The technician will perform diagnostic laboratory tests, operate and maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure compliance with quality control standards. Responsibilities include preparing specimens, analyzing samples, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver reliable results. Contributing to laboratory innovation and efficient operations will also be part of this role.QualificationsProficiency in Medical Technology and Laboratory MedicineStrong Laboratory Skills coupled with competence in handling Laboratory EquipmentExperience in executing and maintaining Quality Control protocolsAttention to detail, accuracy in test results, and analytical skillsExcellent organizational and communication abilitiesAssociate’s degree or higher in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field; certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) is highly preferredPrior experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory environment is a plus
