Global customers include Boeing, Airbus, Gulfstream, NASA, Penn and Wilson.Tex Tech Industries is currently looking for a Blending Operator at our North Monmouth facility on our A shift schedule M-W 5a-5p, Th 5a-11aJob ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:Manually move heavy fiber bales through department to prepare the blending equipment.Make routine checks of raw fiber stock and blended stock to prevent contamination issues.Thoroughly clean blending equipment and surrounding areas daily.Execute Quality Control procedures for specified blends of raw materials.Operate the baler, move heavy bales to storage, and record bale weights.Operate the front of the line (known as the first picker) and ensure fiber is properly blended.Assist other production departments during potential downtime – i.e. cleaning, inventory, fabric trimming, etc.This position requires frequent lifting, frequent standing and walking for up to 12 hours a day - with twisting, kneeling and bending. Must have fine motor skills and manual dexterity along with good vision and be able to distinguish color variations.You may apply through Indeed or feel free to stop by our North Monmouth facility at 105 N.
