Overview Job Description of Role* (RNR) - To be Evaluated by Technical Panel (Define it to give more clarity) Lead the architectural design and development of .NET applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Design and implement cloud architectures on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Develop and promote microservices-based solutions, ensuring modularity, reusability, and maintainability. Expertise in application modernization, legacy transformation, and cloud adoption projects. Hands on experience on Design Patterns. Oversee the design and implementation of RESTful APIs, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices. Work closely with development, product teams and customer to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Establish and enforce architectural standards, coding practices, and security protocols. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to architectural decisions. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills, with a track record of guiding teams and driving technical initiatives. Implement best practices for application performance, security, and scalability. Optimize application performance through code optimization, caching strategies, and database indexing. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams to translate requirements into high-quality, user-centered designs and implementations. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team. 14+ years of solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB). Experience in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and JSON, Bootstrap. Deep understanding of Software Design Principles and Software Design Patterns. 5+ years of experience in unit testing using xUnit, NUnit, etc. Deep understanding of architecture patterns. Good collaboration with client from onsite location and with offshore team Soft skills/other skills - To be Evaluated by Hiring Manager (To define how this will be evaluated) Strong oral, presentation and written communication are must have Ability to see the big picture, align technical decisions with business goals, and design scalable future-proof solutions. Expected Outcome Seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with hands on expertise in the .NET technology stack to lead the end-to-end architecture of the project for legal domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and performance-optimized solutions using technologies like C#, ASP.NET, Web API, .NET (Core and Framework), Angular/React, NUnit and Azure. The architect will define and maintain high-level and low-level design documentation, guide implementation according to architectural standards, and ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
