What You’ll DoOversee regional or multi-site safety programsMentor and coach analysts and field safety specialistsLead investigations for serious incidents and near-missesCoordinate internal audits and regulatory inspection readinessDevelop and deliver custom safety training materialsCreate strategic reports and brief senior leadershipRepresent company in external safety forums and with regulatorsDrive continuous improvement of safety metrics and practicesLead implementation of new safety tools and systemsFoster a strong safety culture across all levels of the businessWhat You’ll NeedTo be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyHigh school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred3+ years of experience in safety leadership, field safety operations, or data-driven program managementStrong knowledge of OSHA, utility safety regulations, and field conditionsCertifications such as CSP, CHST, or OSHA 30 preferredProven ability to influence culture and lead cross-functional initiativesValid driver’s license; must travel to various job sitesAdditional Qualifications (if Applicable)Must maintain a satisfactory driving record while in the position, as consistent safe driving behavior is essential when training or setting an example for othersPhysical Abilities & ExposuresRoutinely: Climb stairs, complete and maintain training, use keyboard/mouse, lift 10–25 pounds, stand, walk, work alone in remote locations, operate vehiclesOccasionally: Lift 26–55 pounds, bend/stoop, perform repetitive hand movements, use portable ladders, work at heights, work in confined spaces, work with arms above shoulder level, operate heavy machineryThe wage range for Lead Safety Specialist is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00.Why work with usYour career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
