We're looking for a proven, relentless sales professional to join our in-office team and own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract. If you thrive on commission, love the hunt, and know how to turn a conversation into a deal, we want to talk.   The Role As an Account Executive at Omnidya, you won't be warming up leads for someone else to close — you'll own your pipeline end to end. This is a full-time, in-office, commission-based role where your income is a direct reflection of your output. You'll be selling Omnidya's Insurtech solutions to businesses that are ready for a smarter way to operate, and you'll have the autonomy and support to go get them.   Compensation Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential. Top performers typically earn between $280K–$340K annually. Compensation is directly tied to performance — top performers earn accordingly. Additional compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.   Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close. Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through strategic prospecting, referrals, and relationship development. Lead discovery calls and product presentations that are tailored, consultative, and built around the client's specific pain points. Identify decision-makers and navigate complex organizational structures to get in front of the right people. Maintain a clean, accurate, and actionable CRM — your pipeline is your business, treat it that way. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and bring real market intelligence back into the business. Represent Omnidya with credibility and confidence in every client interaction.   What We're Looking For Proven Closer: You have a verifiable track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas. You know how to ask for the business and you're not afraid to hear no on the way to yes. Experienced in B2B Sales: Prior experience selling technology, SaaS, insurance, or financial services solutions is strongly preferred. Insurtech familiarity is a plus but not required — we'll teach the product, you bring the process. Consultative Seller: You lead with questions, listen more than you talk, and build solutions around what the client actually needs — not a canned pitch. Commission-Motivated: You understand that uncapped earning potential is an opportunity, not a risk. You are energized by a direct line between your effort and your paycheck. CRM Proficient: You've lived in a CRM before and understand that pipeline hygiene is non-negotiable. Strong Communicator: You're articulate, persuasive, and credible in front of executives and decision-makers both on the phone and in person. Self-Sufficient: You don't need to be managed to know what you should be doing.
