As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our internal team to support daily operations and ensure every customer interaction is handled with care and efficiency.Position OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Service Associate (CSR) to serve as the first point of contact for our customers and provide essential support to our office and operations team.This role is responsible for handling inbound customer calls, scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, and supporting daily office operations. The CSR works closely with the Operations Manager and office team to help ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.This is a customer-facing support role focused on communication, organization, responsiveness, and follow-through.
