We're Hiring: Executive Administrative Assistant | Hotel Real Estate Brokerage Firm (Commercial).Our firm, a leading hotel real estate brokerage , is seeking a Dependable, Detail Oriented, Well Organized, OnPoint, Administrative Assistant leading to a Career position, to join our team. This position is Administrative — focused on Prioritizing, Organization and Accurate Data Management. We are looking to hire an in-person Team Player who has a bachelor's degree, is extremely detailed oriented, understands CRM's (such as Sales Force), Database management and must be proficient in Microsoft Office. A "Real Estate" background or interest is a Plus. You will report directly to the principal broker and will manage, organize, and structure his day-to-day needs.About UsWe specialize exclusively in the Brokering and Financing of Multi-Million Dollar Hotel Real Estate Nationwide. This role ensures that listings, presentations, and transaction materials are accurate, organized, and professionally presented. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to build professional experience in a structured, detail-oriented business setting.Key Responsibilities:Maintain CRM data, property files, and transaction recordsManage listings across multiple platforms and ensure all details are up to dateHandle scheduling, document management, and team correspondenceProvide day-to-day administrative and marketing support as neededReport directly to the principal broker and his daily organizational needs and responsibilitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field (required)Strong organizational skills and high attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communicationProficiency with Microsoft Office; Adobe or CRM experience a plusProfessional, dependable, and comfortable in a support-focused roleAble to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environmentThis is an in-person role, 5 days a week from roughly 10-4:30 (potentially flexible but in person is required)What This Role Is Not:This position does not currently involve sales, brokerage, or client-facing work however most of the past assistants now enjoy and Real Estate Sales Role as their lifetime career.
