We value all clients and strive to provide professional and efficient management services.Brief Overview of Duties and Responsibilities:Work independently, without supervision, to perform general detailed cleaning duties for all common areas of the community. Respond to special needs as directed by management.Follow the Janitorial Cleaning Schedule for completion of daily, weekly, monthly requirements.Dust, vacuum, clean, sanitize, mop, and dispose of trash to the building.in common areas.Be familiar with cleaning solvents.Replenish disposable supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, to avoid resident inconvenience in common area.Notify management for follow up on residential rule violations or problems on the propertyAssist with maintenance related projects as requested; including meeting set-up, landscape, etc.Maintain inventory of supplies and submit request for orders, as needed.Operate various cleaning equipment as necessary.Use OSHA standards for physical and chemical safety.QualificationsMust have valid driver's license.High School Graduate or GED equivalentMust pass pre-employment drug test & criminal background check.Must have a CPO or be willing to become CPO certified.Great benefits package for full time (30+ hours per week) employees which includes paid holidays, PTO, health benefits, a 401(k) plan with a company match and competitive starting pay!Please submit your resume for immediate review.Come find out why RPM is a Tampa Bay Times Top Workplace!References, criminal background check, MVR and drug screen required.
