Construction Project Manager
The Role:
As an RAC Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, planning, budgeting, and managing the cycle of multiple commercial construction projects from start to completion.
Experience:
3-5 years’ experience desired as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Superintendent
Ability to read and understand all construction documents, structural drawings and plan sets
Work closely with the superintendent to insure seamless execution across all teams
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of construction materials and processes
Ability to lead and execute high value negotiations
Leverage established personal and business relationships in the pursuit of future projects
Experience in scheduling software, takeoff software, and Microsoft Office
Knowledge in Procore construction software is a plus
Responsibilities:
Work together with clients, architects, engineers and consultants to plan, execute and bring projects to completion on time and within budget
Collaborate with the superintendents, estimators, and assistant project managers throughout the life of the project
Manage RFI's, submittals, approve change orders and compile applications for payment
Develop new and maintain current client and subcontractor relationships
Conduct site visits to track progress, ensure communication with clients, subcontractors, and construction managers to ensure coordination as set by the schedule
Ensures all closeout documents are in accordance with the contractual project documents
Ensures compliance to local regulatory requirements and safety codes

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
