Production Team - Day Shift, Mon. - Thurs. 6AM-4:30PM

DescriptionJoin the Casper's Ice Cream team and help produce our famous FatBoy Ice Cream novelties and other frozen treats. We are currently hiring for our Production Team. Employees also enjoy access to factory seconds, giving you the chance to stock your freezer with some of your favorite products.Production team members support the manufacturing process by moving products from one conveyor to another and monitoring equipment to ensure smooth operation. This role includes loading ingredients and packaging materials into assembly equipment and placing finished products into boxes and cases for freezer storage. This job requires working around industrial machinery and strong electromagnetic fields.Employees are responsible for performing quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards and are safe for consumers. The position also involves assisting with the weekly disassembly, cleaning, sanitation, and reassembly of food manufacturing equipment to maintain food safety and operational efficiency.This role requires standing for the duration of the shift, along with the ability to walk, bend, squat, and climb stairs as needed. Team members must be able to lift up to 55 pounds from floor to chest height approximately 20 to 40 times per day.
