Gas/ Chemical TechnicianSirius Staffing is seeking a Gas/ Chemical Technician for a temp to hire opportunity in Tualatin, OR. Pay: $27.00/ hour. Schedule: 12p-12a and M- F, during training only.Responsibilities:Technicians will be responsible for the safe operation of assigned chemical and/or gas distribution systems, with duties including:Supporting the technical demands of the site gas and/or chemical equipment.Performing cylinder and drum changes on all chemical and gas systems and performing complex troubleshooting and problem resolution for all equipment.Ensuring compliance in operation and maintenance procedures, safety and drive flawless execution.Supporting over 500 pieces of distribution equipment of various types and vendors.Driving a ZERO safety or quality incident culture.Involved in Basic Safety Processes, quality management, preventative maintenance, and training.With experience and support in installing, decommissioning, troubleshooting, and repairing all Electronics Gas Systems, precursor delivery systems, & Bulk Chemical Distribution systems.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED equivalent1+ years of experience in a maintenance or equipment technicianPreferred Qualifications:Experience with chemical and gas distribution equipmentNavy Nuclear power school or Military mechanic trainedSirius Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
