Job Description: We are looking for Reports Officers, at all levels, to join our intelligence program supporting a key government sponsor in Northern Virginia! This posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience. Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 2-5 based off their experience and customer feedback after multiple assessments. The officer shall demonstrate the following capabilities: Demonstrated proficiency in the functions of a Reports Officer or Collections Management Officer (CMO) Experience related to intelligence reporting and requirements work Conduct research and analysis using customer tools and databases Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement solutions to reporting gaps Ability to manage the production of reports Ability to identify and evaluate possible counterintelligence concerns, drive collection operations through written products and briefings. Experience with intelligence sources and collections. Qualifications: Level 2: Three (3) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, Tradecraft-related work experience, Active security clearance with appropriate polygraph Level 3: Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, Tradecraft-related work experience, Active security clearance with appropriate polygraph Level 4: Twelve (12) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, Tradecraft-related work experience, Active security clearance with appropriate polygraph Level 5: Twenty (20) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, Tradecraft-related work experience, Active security clearance with appropriate polygraph Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degree. Desired Qualifications: Certification in sponsor basic tradecraft courses Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.
