This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a professional services environment. The Specialist will develop materials, track opportunities, and execute business development initiatives that enhance the firm's visibility and client engagement efforts.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with the development and execution of business development plans for practice groups and individual attorneys.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend reviews to identify new business opportunities.Prepare and support responses to RFPs, proposals, pitch materials, and capability statements.Manage and track business development pipelines, client outreach activities, and related metrics using the firm's CRM system.Coordinate business development initiatives with internal teams, including marketing, events, and practice leadership.Support attorneys with preparation for client meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, and networking opportunities.Maintain and update practice descriptions, attorney biographies, and business development collateral.Assist in organizing client development events, sponsorships, and industry engagements.Ensure consistency with firm standards, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements across all business development materials.Perform additional duties as assigned to support firm initiatives.Qualifications (Education, Experience & Skills)EducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.ExperienceMinimum of four (4) years of experience in business development, marketing, or client services.Experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred.Skills and CompetenciesStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with senior-level professionals.Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to conduct research and translate findings into actionable recommendations.Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office 365 applications.Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.Ability to work onsite during standard business hours in Orlando, Florida.Work EnvironmentThis position requires a physical presence in the firm's Orlando office.
