The Company:Ignite Talent Group is partnered with a high growth digital assets infrastructure business operating across staking, validator technology, and institutional Web3 infrastructure.The company works with platforms across the digital assets ecosystem including wallets, custodians, fintechs, exchanges, and institutional infrastructure providers, helping power next generation digital asset and yield products at scale.This is an opportunity to join the New York team of a globally distributed business at the forefront of institutional staking and blockchain infrastructure adoption as they continue scaling their U.S. commercial presence.Key Responsibilities:Source, develop, and close strategic partnerships across wallets, custodians, exchanges, brokerages, fintechs, and institutional digital asset platformsLead complex commercial discussions across product, legal, compliance, engineering, and executive stakeholdersManage full cycle partnership execution from sourcing through to integration and launchCollaborate cross functionally with product, marketing, legal, and commercial teams to support go to market executionRepresent the business at key crypto, fintech, and institutional digital asset events across the U.S.Maintain strong market awareness across staking, validator infrastructure, digital asset regulation, and institutional adoption trendsKey Requirements:4+ years experience within crypto, Web3, digital assets, fintech, or infrastructure SaaS business development / partnerships rolesStrong understanding of staking, validator infrastructure, yield products, wallet ecosystems, and digital asset market structureExisting network across U.S. crypto platforms, custodians, institutional digital assets, exchanges, or fintech infrastructure providersExperience managing complex strategic partnerships or technical integrationsStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable operating within regulated or compliance sensitive environmentsMust be based in New York or the greater NY areaWillingness to travel for conferences, partner meetings, and industry eventsSalary $170-190K + bonus + equity
