Under the guidance of the Service General Manager, you will manage schedules, arrange assignments and communicate progress to all team members. Service Project Manager responsibilities include preparing action plans, analyzing risks and opportunities and gathering necessary resources. For this role, you will work with a team of service technicians and salespeople so good communication, and collaboration skills are essential. You will manage service quotes and projects from proposal to fulfillment and coordinate with accounting for billing.Clear and effective communication with customers, coworkers, and supervisors is essential, both in person and electronically. Individuals must also be capable of reviewing their work for accuracy and making necessary adjustments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:To succeed in this role, a Service Project Manager must demonstrate advanced organizational ability, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
