What You’ll Be Responsible For Creator Management Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned creators Provide guidance on pricing, partnerships, and long-term career growth Build trust and maintain strong creator relationships Brand Partnerships Source new campaign opportunities Pitch creators to brands and agencies Negotiate contracts, usage rights, and campaign terms Ensure creators are maximizing every partnership opportunity Talent Recruitment Discover and onboard creators who align with the Odd Influence brand Evaluate talent based on engagement, content quality, professionalism, and brand fit Continuously expand your creator network Campaign Execution Coordinate deliverables and timelines Communicate between creators and brands Track campaign progress from booking through payment Resolve issues proactively to ensure successful partnerships Business Development Build relationships with marketing agencies and brand partners Identify new business opportunities for the agency Contribute ideas that help grow the company and creator roster What We’re Looking For You’d be a great fit if you: Have experience in influencer marketing, talent management, partnerships, or creator relations Understand the creator economy and social media landscape Are confident negotiating rates and contracts Are highly organized with excellent communication skills Can manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously Take initiative and work well independently Bonus if you have: Existing relationships with creators or brands Experience using influencer marketing platforms or CRMs Sales or business development experience What We Offer Fully remote work environment Flexible schedule Uncapped commission structure Performance-based bonuses Ongoing training and mentorship Opportunity to grow into leadership as the agency expands Why Odd Influence?
