Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Accurately assembling heating element components according to work instructions, blueprints, and drawings Utilizing soldering techniques and other specialized, hands-on methods Appropriately using manual tools and production machinery Performing quality control inspections on finished products Solving problems as they come up and doing your part to make sure we meet daily production targets Ideal Entry-Level Assembler: Ability to show up to work on time High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Hands-on manufacturing assembly experience - a bonus!
