Construction Project Manager

Position Summary:Responsible for planning, directing, and executing capital construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Manages contractors, oversees project scope, and maintains quality, safety, and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgetsReview contract scope and assess impact of changes, directives, and client requirementsDrive change orders, including cost estimation, proposal preparation, and negotiationsMonitor and communicate project progress, risks, and financial status to stakeholdersLead project meetings and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractorsOversee construction management, quality control, and safety complianceEnsure designs and specifications meet required codes and standardsManage subcontractors and maintain project documentation and reportingQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred)5+ years of construction/project management experience (new construction, renovations, MEP, critical environments)5+ years of management experience3+ years in facilities maintenance, plant operations, or engineering servicesProficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Procore, and BluebeamOSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within 120 days)
