Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. Duties
Supervise and manage daily operations during shifts to ensure efficient service and adherence to company standards.
Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations to maintain high standards of hygiene and quality.
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Assist in training new staff on food service procedures, Aloha POS system, and customer interaction protocols.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas throughout shifts.
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service management or as an assistant manager is preferred.
Familiarity with kitchen operations, and food handling practices is essential.
Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example and inspire others.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required by the business needs.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced restaurant setting is essential.
