The position is located in Chandler, AZ. Day-to-day tasks include the growth of organic crystals through methods such as slow cooling or solvent evaporation, and subsequent device processing for detector applications. The role also involves collaboration with other teams, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring the quality of the final products.QualificationsHands-on experience with chemical organic crystal growth techniques and material characterizationPhD (preferred) or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related fieldRelevant experience in optoelectronic or optical technologiesAnalytical Skills and Project Management abilitiesAbility to communicate effectively with other team members
