The position is to understand the technical requirements of the audio/visual spaces, manage the studio/shooting area and conference rooms as well as manage, maintain and support the equipment at various locations on and off campus.You will do this by collaborating with our internal stakeholders to ensure areas are appropriately booked and equipped to support the technology needs of the audio/visual events.RESPONSIBILITIESSetting up and breaking down of event equipment and material in a timely and efficient mannerAssist with other major events and video projects, including developing new video programming.Assist in running A/V productionCoordinate and assist with equipment setup, breakdown, testing of equipmentPerform various audio visual related administrative tasks, including making and maintaining equipment lists, tracking equipment warranties REQUIREMENTSEDUCATIONHigh school diploma or equivalent required.EXPERIENCEAble to follow and implement instruction in a fast and professional wayAbility to, and experience with, working long, non-traditional hoursAbility to collaborate with others in a positive and productive mannerBasic understanding of lighting, video, and/or audio equipmentBasic understanding and execution of rigging and rigging equipmentBasic understanding of cable management, power, and various electricsComfortable working independently and in a team environment while upholding the company's core values.Equal Employment Opportunity:
