Corporate Trainer (Mortgage)Remote: Coppell, TX (3 days onsite)Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pmContract: 6-month Contract-to-Hire (W2)Compensation: $90-95k/yrPosition Overview: The Corporate Trainer plays a critical role in ensuring the successful experience of our team members. By equipping them with the necessary tools, resources, and training, the Learning Partner helps team members succeed in their jobs and become experts in their areas.The Corporate Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs across various departments. This ensures that team members have the knowledge and skills needed to perform their roles effectively while adhering to company policies and compliance standards. This often includes creating training materials, conducting classroom and online sessions, assessing training effectiveness, and providing ongoing support to new hires and existing staff.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate training sessions in various formats, including classroom instruction, online webinars, virtual training, and blended learning approaches; incorporate a variety of presentation methods and applications to accommodate adult learning stylesDeliver training sessions at an expert level, demonstrating unparalleled proficiency in content delivery and engagementManage classroom environment, analyze results, and identify gaps in training needsPartner with key stakeholders to understand all aspects of the business, roles, and processes to support functional and strategic goals and objectivesProvide onboarding support to create a seamless new hire experience, including organizing new hire events, designing and delivering training, and implementing continuous improvement strategiesAnalyze training needs across departments, design comprehensive training programs, create course materials (eLearning modules, presentations, job aids)Collaborate with leaders to identify training gaps and needs to guide subject matter experts in the development of high-quality, knowledge-based training content and programsConduct needs analysis and make recommendations to business leaders regarding learning needsDesign exercises, activities, and training assessments that reinforce learningDevelop training materials, introducing innovative approaches and staying at the forefront of industry best practicesContinuously evaluate the effectiveness of training processes, incorporating feedback to improve outcomes and demonstrate ROIProvide ongoing support to employees through coaching sessions, addressing individual learning needs and performance gapsManage and coordinate projects, including identification and timely execution of deliverables, communications strategy, and implementation planPerform other duties as assignedRequired Skills and Qualifications to excel in this roleStrong understanding of the mortgage industry, including loan servicing, titles and diligenceStrong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to maintain flexibility and react to changes quicklyAbility to analyze, problem-solve, and develop effective constructive solutions to challenges and obstaclesAbility to interface with other departments to resolve issues as applicableAbility to maintain a customer focus and efficiently and consistently produce accurate work in both individual and team settingsEducation:• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experienceExperience:2-5 years of professional training and classroom facilitationMortgage servicing experience1-2 years of project management experienceStrong organizational, time management, and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teamsExceptional facilitation, presentation, and listening skillsUnderstand adult learning principles and other learning theories and practicesAbility to use creative and effective instructional design techniques to deliver high-class trainingPositive attitude and a willingness to contribute to team success, seeking feedback and continually improving with a desire to continuously learn and grow
