Registered Nurse - Rapid Response Team Nights

Hours of Work :7 P to 7 ADays Of Week :Sunday-SaturdayWork Shift :12X3 Night (United States of America)Job Description :Your Job:The Rapid Response Nurse will work collaboratively with patients, care partners, the interdisciplinary care team, to identify, assess, and respond to the needs of adult in-patients prior to the development of progressive and irreversible deterioration. By promoting a culture of safety in a patient and family centered care environment, all adult in-patients will receive the appropriate level of care at the appropriate time.Your Job Requirements:• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN Preferred.• Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and CCRN within one year• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so• Work experience: at least 3 years of ICU RN experience ( Charge Nurse Experience required). Methodist Richardson Medical Center is a 443-bed, full-service, acute care hospital that serves Richardson, Garland, Plano, and surrounding areas in Dallas and Collin counties.
