You'll find opportunities to build your skills and your career.As a med tech, your primary responsibility is delivering personalized resident care for all our community members, which requires intimately knowing every resident and their unique needs.Other primary responsibilities include:Assist residents with medication management, including pouring and passing medications to residents in strict compliance with physicians ordersEnsure all medication documentation is current and accurateCoordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies and ensure the medication room is neat, clean, organized and maintained consistent with all applicable standards and proceduresMonitor psychotropic medication use is consistent with physician orders and ensure resident behaviors actually warrant the use of medicationAssist residents with personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, using the bathroom and groomingAssist residents with mobility issues, including escort and transferAssist residents with housekeeping, such making the bed and cleaning the kitchen and bathroomConsistently utilize eHR (electronic medical records) and other systems to ensure resident care is accurately tracked and delivered consistent with each resident's care planObserve residents for safety and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to Resident Services DirectorQualifications:At least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED, preferredExperience interacting with and deeply relating to seniorsMeets all applicable licensing and background requirementsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAlignment with Tenfold core values: curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention and contributionAbility to work Friday and Saturday 2pm - 10pmBenefits:Medical, dental and vision coverage, eligibility the first of the month following initial 30 days of employment401k match planLife and disability insuranceFlexible spending plan15 days of PTO annually, with increased days after year four6 paid holidays annuallyFree daily lunchPaid professional developmentTuition assistance programVolunteer time offWe maintain a COVID-safe environment.
