InspectorLocation: Lincolnton, North Carolina Job Summary: As a 1st Shift Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for inspecting components, materials, and finished goods to identify any defects or nonconformities, and ensuring they meet our stringent quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on a variety of products, components, and materials Identify and document any quality issues or nonconformities, and work with the production team to resolve them Maintain detailed inspection records and data to support continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement and enhance quality control procedures Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a production or quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and specifications Working knowledge of quality control principles and inspection methods Proficient in the use of measurement tools and equipment Excellent problem-solving and communication skills High school diploma or equivalent Working Conditions: This position involves working in a manufacturing facility, with exposure to machinery, equipment, and potential industrial hazards. The work environment is fast-paced, and the 1st Shift Inspector will be required to stand for extended periods and perform some light lifting.
