Learn more about our benefits (https://hrportal.ehr.com/applied/) .Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Planning & ExecutionLead program scoping, planning, budgeting, and execution aligned to Plan of Record (POR) and business requirementsManage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using standard project management tools and processesDrive programs from concept through implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveryCross-Functional LeadershipCoordinate and lead cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain, marketing, etc.) to achieve program objectivesFacilitate regular program cadence (CFT/IDT meetings, design reviews, phase gate reviews) to drive alignment and executionInfluence stakeholders and align priorities across organizations to resolve conflicts and execution gapsRisk & Issue ManagementIdentify, assess, and manage program risks; drive mitigation plans to closureProactively identify execution gaps and implement corrective actions to keep programs on trackLead trade-off assessments to optimize program outcomes and critical path executionPerformance Tracking & CommunicationTrack and report program performance metrics (schedule, cost, quality, risks) to stakeholders and leadershipCommunicate program status, risks, and required decisions clearly and concisely across all levelsDevelop and maintain KPIs to improve program execution, lead time, and cost efficiencyOperational & Business ImpactSupport financial tracking including budget, OPEX/CAPEX planning, and cost performanceContribute to process improvements, standard methodologies, and operational efficiency initiativesDrive accountability across teams to meet commitments and program milestonesMinimum QualificationsMaster's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related technical field2-5+ years of experience in project/program management, engineering, or related fieldStrong understanding of project management fundamentals (planning, scheduling, risk management)Experience working in cross-functional environmentsProficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Preferred QualificationsExperience in semiconductor, hardware systems, or manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with product development lifecycle (phase gate / NPI processes)Knowledge of data analysis, dashboards, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)Exposure to cost analysis, forecasting, or supply chain operationsCertification such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma (preferred but not required)Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong program management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementAnalytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilityAbility to influence without authority across functionsStrong ownership mindset and execution focusWork EnvironmentWorks in a dynamic, global, cross-functional team environmentMay require collaboration across time zones; limited travel may be expectedAdditional InformationTime Type:Full timeEmployee Type:Assignee / RegularTravel:Yes, 10% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
