Home Inspectors are ideal for this role.This is not just a runner position—you will be trusted to:- Walk properties- Evaluate basic scope of work- Meet partners and vendors- Handle on-site responsibilities without constant oversightIf you’re not comfortable making decisions in the field, this is not the role for you.Key Responsibilities:- Visit properties (vacant, occupied, distressed) across South Florida- Take high-quality photos/videos for acquisitions and marketing- Meet contractors, inspectors, agents, and partners on-site- Conduct and assist with partner walk-throughs- Evaluate and communicate basic scope of work / repair needs- Monitor rehab progress and report updates- Handle lockboxes, access, and general property coordination- Serve as the company’s eyes and ears in the fieldRequirements:- Must be a Notary Public OR willing to obtain immediately- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license- Flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends required)- Strong communication and follow-up- Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in the field- Comfortable interacting with homeowners, partners, and vendors- Basic understanding of construction/rehab scope is a strong plusWhat We’re Looking For:- Someone who takes ownership and gets things done- Not afraid to speak up if something looks off- Detail-oriented but able to move fast- Professional, reliable, and resourcefulCompensation & Growth:- Base pay + performance-based bonuses-Car allowance- Opportunity to grow into acquisitions, project management- Hands-on exposure to real estate investing at a high levelNormal Hours of Employment:Monday – Saturday9:00am – 5:00pm Eastern Time (Full Time)Holidays and weekend hours as neededHow to Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you’re the perfect fit for this position through LinkedIn or email us at: Jscuderi@housingig.comSend:Your notary license if you are currently licensed IndustryReal Estate
