HR Project / HR Administrative Support Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (Onsite)Pay: Based on experienceAdecco is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrative Professional to support a variety of HR projects and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have HR Administration experience (or higher-level HR experience), strong computer skills, and the flexibility to adjust between part-time and full-time hours based on workload demands.This is an onsite position working weekday daytime hours.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support for HR projects and daily HR operationsConfidentially maintain employee records and documentationAssist with onboarding, data entry, and reportingPrepare HR-related documents, spreadsheets, and presentationsCommunicate professionally with employees and managementSupport scheduling, tracking, and coordination of HR activitiesPerform additional administrative duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious HR Administration experience requiredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Excellent organizational and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and confidentialityFlexible availability to accommodate changing workload needsWork EnvironmentOnsite position in a manufacturing facilityMonday–Friday daytime hoursPart-time to full-time scheduling based on business needsCompensationPay will be determined based on experience and qualifications.Apply Now with your updated resume.We are doing Immediate Interviews!Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
