At $60.32/hr, this sits well above Magnit's stated candidate range ceiling ($43.84-$56.30/hr), giving it a genuine pay advantage against similar manufacturing IT application support roles nationally and locally. The combination of C#/SQL/Oracle development skills with hands on MES platform support (Camstar/ONEMES) is a fairly specific blend, narrower than a generic application developer req, but the ITAR/US Citizen requirement is the bigger constraint here, meaningfully shrinking the funnel regardless of pay. The onsite requirement in Canton, NY (a smaller, more rural market than Corning HQ) combined with a 5 week on-call rotation may also require broader geographic sourcing or relocation willingness to fill efficiently. Overall this is a well paying req that should be attractive once positioned against the right candidate pool, but expect a longer search given the layered constraints (ITAR, location, and niche MES experience).Boolean Search String(C AND Sharp OR CSharp OR "C Sharp") AND (SQL) AND (Oracle) AND (MES OR "manufacturing execution" OR (manufacturing AND execution) OR Camstar OR ONEMES) AND (developer OR development OR programmer OR engineer) AND (Python) AND ("Visual Studio" OR (Visual AND Studio)) AND (ITAR OR "US Citizen" OR (US AND citizen))
