Pharmacist Location: Lubbock, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,706 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: 6/8/2026 About the Position Job Title: Pharmacist Inpatient Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacist Duration: 26 Weeks Shift: Night 4x10-Hour and Night 3x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 20:00 - 06:30 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hospital experience required License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS, TX LIC, PharmD, RPh Must-Have: Must have hospital experience and some exposure to pediatrics Description: The position involves a shift schedule of 7 days on followed by 7 days off. The pharmacist will work the night shift from 20:00 to 06:30. In July or August, the position will transition to a day shift to cover for a pharmacist on leave. Weekends are required, with expected coverage every other weekend. The pharmacist will not be required to float between units. There is no requirement for on-call duty. Hospital experience is mandatory. All candidates must possess experience in inpatient pharmacy practices. Clinical knowledge in various pediatric pharmacy areas is essential. Responsibilities include managing medication therapy for pediatric patients and ensuring safety protocols for high-alert medications. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in medication compounding and therapeutic monitoring. Successful applicants will provide references from previous roles covering at least one year of experience in a hospital setting.
