Job SummarySunipro is looking for a candidate to support our client Via Clara.Via Clara is seeking a compassionate and qualified Pediatric Home Health Therapist to provide therapy services to pediatric patients in a home-based setting. This role is ideal for licensed therapists who are passionate about helping children improve functional abilities, developmental skills, communication, mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.The therapist will work directly with pediatric patients and their families while maintaining frequent communication with the company and care team. This position offers flexible scheduling based on therapist availability, competitive hourly compensation, travel reimbursement opportunities, company-provided equipment, and access to a support portal for tracking appointments and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide pediatric therapy services in the patient’s home based on the child’s care plan and clinical needs.Evaluate patient progress and recommend appropriate therapy goals, interventions, and treatment adjustments.Work closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes.Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and required reports.Must have reliable personal transportation to travel to client appointments in patient homes.Communicate regularly with Via Clara regarding patient updates, scheduling, care coordination, and documentation needs.Use the company portal to track appointments, submit documentation, and access support resources.Follow applicable clinical standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.Ensure services are delivered in a professional, ethical, and patient-centered manner.Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and patient privacy requirements. QualificationsActive and unrestricted professional therapy license in the applicable discipline.Provide evidence-based, culturally responsive care rooted in researchPediatric therapy experience preferred.Home health experience preferred but not required.Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills.Ability to work independently in a home-based care environment.Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes.Ability to pass required background checks and onboarding requirements.Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or required based on company policy.
