Placements located in National City, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Placement Advisor will be responsible for providing support and resources to clients, conducting assessments, and identifying suitable placement opportunities. Daily tasks include managing client interactions, offering personalized solutions, conducting thorough research, and coordinating with vetted facilities.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsSales and Training experienceProficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a hybrid work environmentPrevious experience in placement services or related fields is a plusBachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field is preferred
