This position is based out of either our Chicago, IL or New York, NY offices.Responsibilities:Support senior bankers in transaction execution and client managementLead day-to-day execution of transactionsManage deal team junior bankers and review their work productLeads development of key engagement marketing materials, including but not limited to: detailed financial and valuation models, memorandums and other transaction related materials.Assists with identification of potential investors, lenders, buyers, and acquisition targetsManage transaction execution timelineSupports with business development effortsProvides mentorship to junior banking team membersQualifications:Five or more years of experience focused on mergers and acquisitions investment banking, preferably within the Technology spaceBachelor's Degree requiredStrong sell-side M&A experience, as well as experience in buy-side and capital raising transactionsFINRA Licenses 63 & 79Proven track record of strong transaction execution including new business presentations, financial analysis, transaction marketing documents and preparation of other related materialsExcellent interpersonal skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong work ethic and organization skillsWork Requirements:BGL is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
