About the CompanyWe are committed to excellence and innovation in our industry, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.About the RoleThe role involves performing maintenance functions and executing projects under the guidance of the maintenance supervisor.ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance functions making repairs in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic breakdowns under minimal guidance of the maintenance supervisorPlan and obtain cost estimates and execute projects under guidance of the maintenance supervisorTroubleshoot and perform maintenance duties such as mechanical and electrical repairsProvide training in areas of expertise or knowledgeRespond to work orders submitted by employeesAssist supervisor in ordering partsAssist supervisor in developing and implementing a preventative maintenance programPerform special assignments such as new equipment installations, and perform preventative maintenance dutiesParticipate and execute actions from the quality improvement programSupport installation of new equipment and facilities improvementsWork safely by observing safety rules, policies, and procedures and identifying unsafe conditions or actions to the supervisorMaintain compliance with company quality systems and support auditsBasic design and fabrication of repairs and process improvementsPerform other duties as assigned by supervision
