Enrollment and Family Care Specialist for Child Care Programs

Answer questions and address parent concerns. Answer all Leads through provided CRM Software. Go above and beyond providing a wonderful onboarding process for families & children. Check, sort, and forward emails to assist families during the enrollment process, prepare enrollment packets, create children’s files and keep up-to-date records, prepare each location with required equipment for new enrollments, Immunization Records. Develop and maintain spreadsheets. Organize and schedule facility tours, set up events, etc. Maintain scheduling. Manage CEO's appointments/Tours. Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing. Create, maintain, and enter information into databases. Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents. Take up other duties as assigned (must be flexible) ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Accepts temporary work assignments and shifts in the event that regularly scheduled employee(s) are not available: for example, a teacher or front staff calls out and we need someone to step in to temporarily substitute or give breaks, as needed. SKILLS: Interpersonal Skills. Computer literate: Must be able to navigate technology independently. Time Management: Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiar and proficient with Google Docs, Google Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, etc. Team Player: Ability to function in a team-oriented environment. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's Degree in ECE or equivalent (i.e. CDA) preferred. At least one year of early childhood education experience is required, with an understanding of developmentally appropriate practices and the ability to ensure its use in the classroom. A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day. Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills are required. Clean, neat, and professional appearance Enrolled in the Criminal Background Registry CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain. Ability to speak, read, and write English. Must be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors. Must be able to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
