Construction Project Manager

Our client is a local general contractor working on a variety of projects in the commercial space. They're looking for a Project Manager to join their team. What You'll Do: Responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project; the Project Manager will be monitor and manage the day-to-day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and business management of multiple commercial projects What You'll Need: * Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry. * In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. * Strong organizational and leadership skills. * Experience with healthcare projects preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
