Immigration Attorney - EOIR - No Experience Required

We're looking for an admitted attorney, for an extremely promising EOIR Associate Attorney position within a premier law firm with a lot of room for growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Associate Attorney to gain valuable experience and further their career with an established firm in the Houston Area. As the EOIR Attorney, you will report to the Managing Attorney, you will also manage your caseload, as well as client interaction, and can collaborate with our wonderful Immigration team of attorneys and legal assistants.This is a Hybrid position requiring in-person court appearancesResponsibilitiesRepresent non-detained and detained individuals in removal proceedings the Immigration Court, USCIS, and Board of Immigration AppealsPrepare defensive immigration applications, including I-589, 42A, 42B, I-485, SIJS, and PD requestsReview immigration applications USCIS filings, such as I-130, I-601A, and U-VisaMeet with clients to determine necessary strategy and provide analysisManage team of paralegals to meet customer service expectationsPrepare and submitting legal briefs for a variety of immigration casesQualificationsNo experience necessary; comprehensive training provided.A team player who is open to helping, strategizing, and working with your fellow associatesBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not requiredInterpersonal skills of the highest caliberRecord of moving legal cases forward and an ability to manage a caseloadExperience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and other USCIS applicationsExperience with Case Management Software is preferredPay Range:$80k-120k USD DOEHere at The United Firm, we offer medical, dental, and vision insurance.
