Diesel Mechanic / CDL Driver

Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic / Class A CDL Driver to maintain and repair heavy equipment and safely transport machinery and materials to and from job sites. This position plays a critical role in minimizing downtime and keeping operations running smoothly.ResponsibilitiesDiesel Mechanic Duties:Diagnose and repair diesel engines and hydraulic systemsPerform preventative maintenance on heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, dozers, loaders, dump trucks, etc.)Inspect equipment for mechanical and safety issuesTroubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and fuel systemsMaintain service records and repair logsEnsure equipment meets DOT and safety standardsCDL Driver Duties:Safely transport heavy equipment and materials to job sitesLoad and secure equipment properly for transportConduct pre-trip and post-trip inspectionsMaintain accurate logs and required documentationFollow DOT regulations and company safety policies
