We offer indoor golf simulation, lessons, golf fittings, events, and food and beverage service.We are seeking a Franchise Development Project Manager who will own and manage the end-to-end process of opening new franchise stores. This role is responsible for guiding franchisees through site selection, design, construction, procurement, and close-out, ensuring each location meets Five Iron’s brand standards before transitioning to the Operations team. This person will work closely with Five Iron’s Development team that specializes in design and construction, so they do not need to be a subject matter expert but have a general understanding. They will also interface with other departments such as tech, culinary, marketing, etc. to ensure the franchisee is fully set up for success.This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership, and the ability to hold multiple stakeholders accountable while maintaining polished, professional communication.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary project lead for franchise openings from site selection through turnover to OperationsManage project timelines and deliverables across multiple active franchise locationsCoordinate with franchisees, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teamsLead weekly status meetings with franchise groups and internal stakeholdersTrack progress and proactively identify and resolve risks, delays, and issuesEnsure strict adherence to Five Iron design, construction, and brand standardsEnsure the corporate team approves plans, materials, and procurement selectionsManage procurement and vendor coordination to ensure consistencyMaintain detailed project documentation and reportingProfessionally represent Five Iron in all written and verbal communicationsConfidently and diplomatically push back when franchisees propose deviations from established standardsQualifications & SkillsGeneral Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field (preferred)5+ years of experience in project management, construction management, franchise development, or multi-unit retail/hospitality development ideally as a new store opening project managerAbility to juggle multiple projects and consistently deliver timely, effective results.Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset; motivated to improve existing workflows and systems.Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills; comfortable pushing projects forward amid ambiguity.Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneouslySome understanding of design, construction, and build-out processesExperience working with franchisees or multi-unit operators strongly preferredExceptional organizational and time-management skillsStrong leadership presence and ability to run structured meetingsHighly polished written and verbal communication skillsAbility to balance collaboration with firm enforcement of brand standardsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentSoftware Skills(Nice to have) Project management tools (Asana) and Google WorkspaceBenefitsHealth, Dental, and Vision insuranceLong and Short Term Disability Accident and Critical Illness Insurance 401K **Benefits only apply to Full-Time Employees**Job Type: This position will be a full time exempt roleHours: Will vary by week and will be more time consuming leading up to and during new openingsLocation: East CoastSalary: The salary range for this position will be $120,000
