Program Manager

Title: Program ManagerPosition Type: Full TimeLocation: Salt Lake City, UT USAKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Reviews program proposals to determine time frames, funding, staffing requirements, and resource allotment across program phases.Operational Oversight: Organizes and directs program schedules and budgets while tracking relevant metrics to drive necessary action items.Customer Relations: Acts as the primary communication channel and escalation point for customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels and managing corrective actions.Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinates interdepartmental activities to ensure adherence to development timelines, delivery quality, and business metrics.Lifecycle & P&L Management: Manages product life cycle activities with a focus on P&L and customer satisfaction across accounts of varying complexity.Business Development: Maintains current customer relationships and actively develops additional business opportunities.Contract & Negotiation: Provides expertise and support for contract negotiations as required.Required Skills & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in program administration or management, demonstrating full ownership of end-to-end program execution.Leadership: Proven experience leading or managing small teams and working effectively in a cross-functional, customer-facing environment.Technical Expertise: Advanced operational and technical skills, including a deep understanding of functional processes, technologies, and their strategic interdependencies.Communication & Software: Strong communication skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for detailed reporting and analysis.Business Acumen: Deep knowledge of Flex operations and business practices with expertise in complex technical or functional areas.Scope & Decision MakingProject Accountability: Responsible for ensuring all project and program deliverables are met on time.Organizational Support: Supports production sites regarding costs, projects, and customer-related matters through business expertise.Staffing Management: Establishes work plans for each program phase and coordinates the recruitment or assignment of necessary personnel.
