We are working with two Am Law firms seeking a Labor & Employment Attorneys.One is seeking Associates in Los Angeles or Irvine. The ideal candidate has 5 to 9 years of experience, primarily with employer-side litigation. The firm advises employers of all sizes in matters such as class and collective actions; wage and hour; wrongful termination; discrimination, harassment, retaliation; employment agreements and layoffs.The second firm's ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills; experience researching, drafting, and arguing motions; taking and defending depositions; and executing complex fact investigations and analysis. Admission to the California bar is required.
