Software Engineer

Overview We are seeking a Software Engineer with 4–10 years of professional experience in C# application development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications. Duties · Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and the .NET framework. · Build responsive, reusable, and maintainable user interfaces using React.js. · Write efficient, maintainable SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development and production environments. Use Git for source code management, branching, merging, and version control. · Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with front-end applications and third-party services as required. · Identify opportunities to improve the performance, scalability, reliability, and security of software systems. · Create and maintain clear technical documentation for developed solutions. · Work closely with the QA team to ensure software meets quality standards and support the testing process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. · 4–10 years of professional software development experience. · Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework/.NET Core in a Windows environment. · Experience building responsive, reusable, and maintainable user interfaces using React.js or similar frameworks. Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with ASP.NET Core/Web API. · Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL programming. · Hands-on experience with Git or other version control systems, including branching, merging, and code collaboration. Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and software engineering principles. Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development and production environments. · Experience providing direct technical support to customers and resolving software-related issues. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Due to the nature of our work, the candidate must pass a law enforcement background check. · Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Work Arrangement: · This is an onsite position. Remote work will not be considered. · Relocation assistance is not offered for this position. Additional Desirable Skills: Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure is a plus. · Experience with networked systems and protocols. Familiarity with image processing.
