Overview of the RoleOur global entertainment client is seeking a Programming & Creative Operations Specialist to support television programming, content scheduling, promotional development, and performance tracking for a leading media organization. This role combines programming operations, content management, and creative execution, helping drive audience engagement across broadcast, digital, and social channels.The ideal candidate is a highly organized media professional with experience in programming systems, video editing, content promotion, and performance analysis who thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment.The BasicsDuration: 5-monthsHours: 40 hours per weekLocation: Hybrid, Miami, FLOnsite Requirements: Hybrid schedule; local candidates preferredTop 3 Required Qualifications5+ years of experience with broadcast programming systems such as Broadview, WideOrbit, or similar platformsExperience using Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop for content creation and promotional supportStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesOther QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fieldExperience with ratings analysis, audience reporting, or performance trackingStrong copywriting and content development skills; portfolio requiredExperience managing digital content and promotional assetsFamiliarity with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platformsExperience working in media, television, streaming, or entertainment environmentsKids media or kids marketing experience is highly preferredKnowledge of social media trends and content optimization is a plusKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain television programming schedules and update content within scheduling systemsReconcile traffic logs and support accurate broadcast operationsMonitor ratings data and prepare performance reportsReview and evaluate programming content opportunitiesIdentify clips, highlights, and sound bites for promotional campaignsManage promotional assets and maintain organized content librariesCreate and edit promotional content using Premiere Pro and PhotoshopSupport thumbnail creation, graphics development, and clip extractionResearch social, content, and creative trends to inform promotional effortsPartner with Programming, Creative, and Marketing teams on campaign execution and audience engagement initiativesIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
