Position Overview:Jubilee Railroad Wilderness Lodge, (formerly Railroad Park Resort), is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to connect with guests, be a pro with an espresso machine, and have weekend and holiday availability. Availability to cover or expand into weekday shifts would be a huge plus. This position offers competitive earnings through tips and base pay, with opportunities for growth based on performance. Youll join a culinary and front of house team that's dedicated to creating a destination dining experience centered around regionally-sourced, healthy, quality foods that honor both the land and local farmers. Our kitchen and restaurant philosophy emphasizes relationships with regional and organic producers, reflecting our commitment to environmental stewardship and community connection. This position offers an opportunity to join our hospitality and restaurant team that is expanding and developing a 43-acre property, featuring historic caboose lodging, vintage cabins, a farm-to-table restaurant, scenic campground facilities, a year-round stream, a meadow for events, and connection to myriad hiking trails.
