Cleaning Crew (Residential ONLY)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are cleaned, sanitized and presentable. This role is essential in providing a safe and welcoming space for clients and employees. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or rental units. Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or safety hazards. Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
