At Omni Fiber, our Outside Sales Representatives play a key role in bringing cutting-edge, reliable internet directly to customers' doorsteps.In this role, you'll engage with homeowners through face-to-face conversations and in-home consultations, helping them discover the value of high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services. You'll own your territory, build relationships, and drive real impact by growing our customer base in the communities we serve.This position supports the Bucyrus region, primarily working within Bucyrus, Mount Gilead, and Upper Sandusky and surrounding areas. Due to the dynamic nature of our growth, territories may shift based on business needs-giving you the opportunity to expand your reach and impact.No prior sales experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to set you up for success from day one.What You'll DoConnect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentationsClearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV servicesConsistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territoryRepresent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interactionFollow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standardsWhat to ExpectSchedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (hours may adjust based on seasonality and weather)A highly visible, community-based role where your effort directly drives resultsOngoing support, training, and development to help you grow your careerQualifications:Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.Use of a personal vehicle is required. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate.
