Staff Full Stack Engineer / .NET / React / React Native / Distributed Systems
Overview:
In this Staff Level Full Stack Engineer role, you will drive architecture and platform innovation for a cloud-based streaming and content delivery product. You'll work across frontend and backend to modernize applications, implement scalable AI features, and raise engineering standards. You will influence multiple teams, own technical direction, and tackle complex problems in a remote-first environment. Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture decisions and establish engineering standards across multiple teams
- Develop frontend and backend features with C#, .NET, and React/React NativeDrive platform modernization and scalable AI integrations in production
- Own technical direction and mentor teams in a startup-like environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on product and technical goals
Key requirements:
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Experience with C# and .NET and React on the frontend
- Experience with React Native or MAUI a plus
- Extensive experience with AWS Serverless (ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, Aurora, S3, CloudFront, CloudWatch)
- Experience building consumer-facing and/or mission-critical applications
- Strong communication skills
- Experience leading teams
