Overview In this role you lead the strategy and execution of Michels' learning and development programs, aligning them with business goals and organizational culture. You own existing programs, optimize delivery, and partner with leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to design impactful curricula. You will develop leadership and professional development initiatives, implement measurement, and drive continuous improvement.
