OverviewWe are partnering with a well-established company seeking a Trade Accounting Admin to support day-to-day trade operations and contract administration. This is a detail-heavy role within a small, collaborative team where accuracy, organization, and follow-through are essential.This is a strong fit for someone with an accounting, accounts payable, or transactional support background who enjoys working with structured data in a fast-moving environment.Core ResponsibilitiesEntering and maintaining trade and contract data within internal systems Supporting contract tracking, review, and settlement reconciliation (ensuring accuracy between initial and final details) Processing and coding operational/freight-related invoices Reviewing high-volume transactional data and resolving discrepancies Supporting general trade administration and coordination within the operations team QualificationsStrong attention to detail with experience handling high-volume, data-intensive work Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables (required) Background in Accounts Payable, accounting support, or similar transactional finance role Strong organizational skills with ability to manage shifting priorities Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn new systems and processes Strong communication and follow-through Nice-to-HaveExposure to logistics, commodities, or contract-based environments Experience reconciling multi-step transactional or settlement data Team Fit & Work StyleDependable, focused, and highly detail-oriented Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment Willing to step in and support where needed This is an internal operations role (not client-facing) with a strong emphasis on accuracy and execution Work EnvironmentBusiness casual dress code Primarily onsite with one day hybrid flexibility Parking provided in building garage - company is located downtown Portland$60,000 – $65,000Please email your resume for immediate consideration.Tia McKeen, Senior Managing Director - StaffingTiming is everything.
