Job RequirementsMinimum ten (10) years of relevant experience working with process or service teams.Bachelor's Degree in a related fieldExperience in IT Risk ManagementExperience in OCC-related IT risk assessment and remediation would be a big plusBFS experienceWorking with executive leadersWorking with COTS vendors extensivelyAbility to work in a matrixed organizationExperience in the configuration and integration of ITSM software and tools.Experience working within an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.Experience in the development and delivery of IT process/service metrics and reporting.
